LAST UPDATE: 2026-01-06This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, and deposits at convenience stores (e.g., OXXO in Mexico).
2. Customer must pay half of the total price of the Product when placing the order. The other half of the payment will be made once Seller delivers the Product.
3. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller.
4. Customer is required to send proof of payment when paying the first half of the total price of the Product to Seller.REVISIONS
1. Seller will send proofs of the Product at each stage of the process (Sketch, Lineart, Colour, Background, Shading and lighting) through the communication channel where the Product was requested (DM, Gmail, etc...).
2. Once Seller sends proof of progress on the Product, Customer can request changes to the Product.
3. Customer has the freedom to ask Seller about progress on the Product.
4. If Customer requests changes once the final Product has been delivered, they will be charged $1 for each change made to the Product.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
1. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.
2. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.REFUND POLICY
1. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within five months. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
2. Customer agrees to contact Seller in a timely and responsive manner, responding promptly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, progress validation, etc. Failure by Customer to communicate in a timely manner will result in a delay in all work progress and the current status of the product until Customer responds.
3. In the event that Customer cancels the product at the last minute, even if Seller sent evidence of the Product's progress, the first half of the Product payment will not be refunded.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
1. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and implications of such use of the Product.
2. Reproduction of the Product or reselling it is prohibited.
3. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
4. In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
1. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
2. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive partial refund. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.ESP
ULTIMA ACTUALIZACIÓN: 06-01-2026El presente contrato se aplica al artista, en lo sucesivo denominado «Vendedor», y a la persona denominada «Cliente» que adquiere por parte del Vendedor una obra de arte, en lo sucesivo denominada «Producto». Al solicitar el Producto al Vendedor, el Cliente acepta los siguientes términos y condiciones:PAGO
1. Se aceptan pagos mediante transferencia bancaria, PayPal y depósitos en tiendas de conveniencia (por ejemplo, OXXO en México).
2. El Cliente debe pagar la mitad del precio total del Producto al realizar el pedido. La otra mitad del pago se realizará una vez que el Vendedor entregue el Producto.
3. El Cliente acepta que el trabajo en el Producto no comenzará hasta que el Vendedor haya recibido el pago.
4. El Cliente debe enviar un comprobante de pago al pagar la primera mitad del precio total del Producto al Vendedor.REVISIONES
1. El Vendedor enviará evidencia del Producto en cada etapa del proceso (Boceto, Delineado, Color, Fondo, Sombreado e iluminación) a través del canal de comunicación por el que se solicitó el Producto (Inbox, Gmail, etc.).
2. Una vez que el Vendedor envíe la prueba del progreso del Producto, el Cliente podrá solicitar cambios en el mismo.
3. El Cliente tiene la libertad de preguntar al Vendedor sobre el progreso del Producto.
4. Si el Cliente solicita cambios una vez que se ha entregado el Producto final, se le cobrará $1 dólar por cada cambio realizado en el Producto.CONVERSIONES MONETARIAS
1. El Cliente se compromete a pagar el importe total especificado en USD.
2. Es responsabilidad exclusiva del Cliente asumir los gastos de conversión monetaria, las comisiones por transferencia bancaria, las comisiones por servicios de pago y cualquier otro gasto relacionado con la transferencia de fondos al Vendedor.POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO
1. El Cliente tiene derecho a solicitar un reembolso completo si no se ha producido ningún avance durante dos meses consecutivos, o cuando el Producto no se haya completado en un plazo de cinco meses. Estas disposiciones excluyen las interrupciones del trabajo causadas por circunstancias imprevistas, como enfermedad, accidentes o cualquier otra razón documentada de forma creíble para la interrupción del trabajo.
2. El Cliente se compromete a ponerse en contacto con el Vendedor de manera oportuna y receptiva, respondiendo con rapidez a cualquier solicitud de comentarios, aclaraciones, opiniones, validación del progreso, etc. Si el Cliente no se comunica de manera oportuna, se producirá un retraso en todo el progreso del trabajo y en el estado actual del Producto hasta que el Cliente responda.
3. En caso de que el Cliente cancele el Producto en el último momento, incluso si el Vendedor ha enviado pruebas del progreso del Producto , no se reembolsará la primera mitad del pago del Producto.USO PERSONAL Y COMERCIAL
1. El Producto recibido por el Cliente es para uso personal. Cualquier uso del Producto con fines comerciales o de publicación por motivos distintos a los personales debe ser aprobado previamente por el Vendedor. Esto requerirá un acuerdo separado entre el Cliente y el Vendedor en el que se definan las condiciones exactas y las implicaciones de dicho uso del Producto.
2. Queda prohibida la reproducción o reventa del Producto.
3. El Cliente no tiene derecho a utilizar el Producto en ninguna tecnología relacionada con la cadena de bloques, incluyendo NFT, criptomonedas o futuras invenciones en este ámbito.
4. Además, el Cliente no tiene derecho a utilizar el Producto para conjuntos de datos de IA o para herramientas de IA y cualquier invención presente o futura en este ámbito.CANCELACIONES
1. El Vendedor se reserva el derecho de rechazar o cancelar cualquier pedido, con reembolso total, sin dar explicaciones al cliente.
2. No se tolerará ningún comportamiento irrespetuoso, que podrá dar lugar a la cancelación del pedido. El Cliente recibirá un reembolso parcial. El Vendedor tendrá pleno derecho a rechazar cualquier servicio al Cliente en el futuro.
